Minecraft not allowing me to turn head around

Hello,
So I searched the internet for a solution with this, but nothing has been helping. So far this is what I know about this situation:
Background: I am using a mac, just updated my computer to OS Sierra, and using my old Wacom Bamboo tablet mouse feature. All of which has just worked fine the past few times, but this changed once I upgraded to Sierra. There was a java problem before, but I fixed that.
1. This appears to be just a Minecraft problem. My mouse can move around just fine on any other program and the Minecraft menu starting page.
2. My trackpad seems to move the view just fine. Meaning this is something weird with my mouse.
3. Something similar to this happened in Steam but by allowing access to Steam on my computer it works just fine.
4. Buttons and looking around work just fine at the same time. However the problem is that I cannot look all the way around in minecraft, so it seems stuck on this odd 45 degree angle view.
5. Lastly, when I did try to play a game and move to chop down a tree, my mouse/cursor seemed to shift to random places and out of the game. Not allowing the view to stay in one place for long to chop down said tree.
Does anyone have any insight on what this could be? Like I said this appears to just be a minecraft problem.

You should be using a mouse to have it function properly
Why are you using a Wacom tablet for Minecraft?! Use a proper mouse!
