[Really need help] Minecraft NPC ''Workers'' plugin

Hello everyone!

I have my small private server, and we want to build a city and stuff, but we want that like the ''citizens'' gather our resources, I am looking for a plugin which works something like this:
-You spawn an NPC
-You give him a job (Miner, woodcutter, farmer, Etc)
-They start scanning the world for resources and gather these.
-At night they go to their ''Home chest'' and drop off all their resources
-The next morning they start all over again

But it is not up to date and it doesn't work because the villagers now have the ''trading'' system.

Please help me out.
