Minecraft plot plugin for new server

I'm looking for a Minecraft 1.2.5 plot plugin for my server, I've watched all the World Guard tutorials on how to make them... but using the W/G way means that I have to set a plot for ALL of the people that come on my plugin seperately.

Are there any plugins where I can simply set an area as a plot and then whoever comes past can click on a sign or something like that, and then are automatically allowed to build in that specific area?
