Ok, so the owner of a server that I moderate added a plugin called worldeditart v1.0.0_beta_dev_#045 Unfortunately, he could not find out how to use this plugin, which he needs because his server is run by leet.cc, so in order to have water, he needs to know how to use this plugin.
