Minecraft 1.9 is out on pre-release and i wish to use it, but i cant find how to install it, all tutorials i look up say "put it in the bin folder" when using minecraft launcher 1.6.11 has no bin folder, and if i attempt to do it the manual way (creating new mc version and transfering files) the files of the 1.9 minecraft.jar folder are not compatable with the launcher... help?

lol. yeah. Beta 1.9 was a long time ago. they should take the videos down.

I think you might be thinking about the BETA 1.9 pre-release... I can't find anything about a current 1.9 pre-release anywhere...
