Can anyone help me? Its not gonna fix itself

Well, first of all, waiting for the battery to drain won't help at all. Second, what all did you do to try to fix the problem (sometimes, providing this will help others help you)? Or did you go here straight away?

Third, deleting the .minecraft folder won't help too much. I tried that, and it made my launcher even worse.
1
Really? It did? the way minecraft works is when you download the software in comes without the app data, the icon is designed to when it opens detect .minecraft and if it can not find it, it will download the app data, thus resetting minecraft... how does that ruin your launcher

Before I deleted the folder, every time I opened the app it went from "Minecraft Launcher" to "Minecraft Launcher 1.3.9" to "Minecraft 1.7.4". Now I can't even get past the launcher.

Apple -> System Preferences... -> Security & Privacy -> Allow applications downloaded from: "Anywhere"
Apple are real sticklers about what they let you run. disabling this security check should let it run. If not, let me know

Uh, with a Mac its a simple click.
With a WIndows, on the other hand, you got like 30 freakin' windows popping up at your face asking you if you want to run JAVA and that crap. Plus it has that annoying DOO DEE sound.
Horrible.
Just Horrible.

Wrong. You go into your security, (doesent make a noise unless you set it too) then click which programs you allow, or any. thats it. Also Mac's suck

It was already like that :/ Oh, I forgot to mention, it says it's open, but it isn't. I try to force quit it, but when I click enter on the force quit thing, it just stays open. I try to shut down, and it says something like "The application "Minecraft" is still shutting down" so I can't shut down. I download a new minecraft, and I can play it once, but once I close it, it won't run again. At this point, I'm just waiting for the battery to run out. 21% left. Please reply.
