No, you will not. If you can give us a budget, and tell us what you're gonna be doing with it, we can better assist you.
Don't automatically assume he can buy a new computer. He wouldn't give you a budget if he doesn't even know what purpose you are talking about. Cookies would be great for assisting him, as far as I'm concerned. It DOES sound like he's looking for a new computer in the original post, but if that is indeed the case, he never asked for help past his question, and it sounds like he's buying a laptop.
