Minecraft Server Break Down?

So this happens alot, and when i say alot, I mean ALOT.
So here's how it goes:
I go into my server folder,
click on Minecraft_Server.exe (yes I know of bukkit, but I have this for legit plays)
then my computer freezes,
it then say (AND I QUOTE): "Microsoft Windows has stopped working."
then i need to shut down my computer by holding the power button, forcing my computer to shut down.
The only solution i have is too delete that server app and download a new one, but then I HAVE to go back and do the same thing over and over. Anyone have any suggestions?

Either what TacoLover22 said, or you have way too much ram/gigabytes put onto your server. Try lowering it.
Perhaps your computer is not powerful enough or does not have enough memory to run the server.
