Minecraft Server, can't hurt mobs?
So I have resently opened a server and new players (wich aren't op) can only hurt mobs and other players sometimes, like every 15:th hit. I really need to fix this quick! Thanks!

This is why I don't use Anti-Cheat...
Check the console, does it show any signs of server lag? Is this server being run on your computer, or on a professional server hoster's servers?
I found the problem, the console didn't say anything, but it was the plugin "AntiCheat" that caused it. Thanks anyway!
