I made a server then i launched my spigot server Then i went to minecraft servers typed the ip and joined and the server console wasn't open so i decided to go to my Task Manager and i found out which of them was the server by just shutting down java processes. So it doesnt work the console is just invisible HELP!!!

That is quite obviously what he did.
Don't hit the X on the console window. That doesn't stop the server - it just closes the window, letting the server run in the background. Use the "stop" command to stop the server.
