Minecraft Server Error
So When I try to join one of my servers, this pops up. "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host." I've done some research and from what I found it is said to be a lag out. Except, my ping is perfectly fine and I'm running at a good 35 fps. Is there any know fix to this problem? The whole error, is actually,

Do you have access to the server's Console? Or an error log? This seems a server-sided error and can't be fixed with just client fixes.
Nothing seems to work, it had let me in for a little bit, but ever since it went black screened and crashed on the server it hasn't worked the same, I tried SirBlobman's solutions and it doesn't seem to work.

If its the first thing, run an AntiVirus scan and check for viruses
for the second one, ask your parents or ISP if they are blocking any outgoing/incoming connections

So are there any known fixes?
This can mean three things:
1) A program on your computer cut off the connection
2) Your Router/Modem dislikes the server and has blocked the connection
3) The server doesn't work properly or crashed
