Minecraft Server Help (you tube Series)

Do you have a friend or do you yourself own a server and have no idea on what your doing? Well I am here willing to assist people in managing and making their server! What I would do is record me doing and talking about what they are doing and how to fix it! Although I don’t do any technical work, I try to do my best to improve the front lines on the server as well as the community. I won’t list how I plan to do this (because the idea might be stolen) but I plan to do this in an efficient way.
**I DO NOT NEED CONSOLE ACCESS (I don't know anything about server teching)**

HOW TO ENTER
Please list the info in the following order:
1. server ip
2. your gamertag and owners gamertag
3. Skype name (optional) or you can Pm me it
4. Why you need my help and for what


**RULES (For me)**
- only 1 hour of improvement time (unless hit a certain amount of likes or there is a high demand for 30 extra minutes)
- If help is accepted I wont leave before the 1 hour
- 20 minute episode lengths
- Minimum of 2 extra people I can call in to help

**Rules (For server eligibility)**
- must be professionally hosted (or about to be)
- Be willing for me to post on youtube
- Wants help for their server and is willing to give me means of helping (not necessarily op)
- Knows what I plan to do
- HAS CONSOLE ACCESS
