Which is not my server, and Idk why my IP changed out of nowhere. I'm using Wulfhosting, and my friend is paying for it and I can't talk to him atm. The old IP is on this page: http://minecraft-server-list.com/server/408427/ Which nobody can connect with that IP but I can connect with this new one: 107.174.19.38 with the port 25565 but you don't need to use the port to connect, just need the IP.
Why is this happening? Why would they give me a different IP out of nowhere and why would it be an old IP?
