Minecraft Server Plugin Help

Hey,
Are you having a hard time setting up plugins on your server or are you having a hard time finding the perfect plugin for you server? Then you have come to the right place.
This is a post I want anyone who has a problem setting up there server to comment if I can solve it I will do my best to help you fix your problem. This is a community post which means if anyone who sees this knows how to fix the problem also don't be afraid to help solve the problem.
If you leave a comment on a plugin problem I need the following
(1 What is your problem in detail?
(2 What version of Minecraft?
(3 What do you use? (Bukkit, Spigot, Bungee ETC.)
(4 Did the plugin at one point work or did it never work?
(5 What hoster you use?
(6 And your ip not required but allows us to view the problem in person?
If you are looking for a plugin make sure to comment all the specifics you are looking for and we will find the closest thing to it, or a plugin developer can help you. I happen to know one and will ask him to message you.
The only rules I have for this post are:
(1 Do not advertise your server you may put the ip but do not say JOIN ******* this is a forum to help people set up a server not to get them to join a server.
(2 Do not spam the comments as that will make it hard for us to see everyones questions. If your comment is not answered in 3 days please post it again.
(3 Be nice don't try to make anyone feel down or discouraged.
