My Minecraft server/plugins

Hey Guys i have a couple ideas for plugins that i want to be coded without the neccesary skills i cannot code them myself i am willing to pay a small amount of money and a rank on my server of your choice! Here it the first iddea for a simple plugin but i dont know how simple it will be to write them
PLUGIN 1
This plugi idea is basic i want a plugin that will allow the players to choose 1 of 4 classes on the sever ! FOR EXAPMLE Knight theif Viking Assasin each class will have its own ablitlty
KNight will have like doube armor
theif speed
viking double the strenght
assasin jump high and crouch wihtout pressing tab
You will pick thee classes by doing /Class [Name] bu f yu want to pick a new class you have to do /class reset wich will totally restart you as if you jst logged into the server meening you lose all your stuff ! i dont want the plugin to have a ranking up system yet... If you hvae any ideas feel free to leave a comment

The Second plugin ... Its pretty muh factions and towny combined ! You will wn faction where you ca give plots to players! your faction can tamo up and get items but you can only get 1 plot per person in the faction
