Minecraft Server Recorders?

hey, everysoftware i try (fraps, bandicam, ect.) is still TOO laggy to play on. A couple of ingame recorders work fine DURING gameplay, but when i play the recording back in media player, it is so laggy you cant see anything... plz help!! thx
