Minecraft Server Service Type

I am currently using a TP-Link router. I have been trying to set up a 4GB minecraft server. I am the only one who can join, it times out for anyone else trying to join. I have the latest edition of Java, and allow all versions of Java though my firewall.
What should I put for the Service Type?
Also, if this is not the problem, how can I fix this?

You probably need to set up port forwarding on your router.
You'll need to forward port 25565 on BOTH TCP and UDP.
The link below has instructions for a TP_link SMB router, but if that's not the type you have, you should be able to find your server on that website.
