I am looking for a plugin that allows you to shop from anywhere in the world and buy any block with a simple command, I want the config to have all blocks in the game there so I don't have to put all the id's or names of item, if you have seen or know of one recently, I would appreciate it.

They could always set homes at their bases. You should set up one central shop with one of the plugins mentioned above.
I might have too, but my server(Survival) i dont want any one to have to go to spawn for supplies and get lost looking for there shelter or such.
Essentials Signs and ChestShop works perfectly fine, did a bit of searching for you and found nothing.
Just put it at spawn and do the work? It's not hard.
