Minecraft Shortcut Accidentally Deleted, Trouble Restoring It.

Yesterday I decided to clean out my computer a bit since it was cluttered with useless files, and today I went to play minecraft and noticed that the Minecraft shortcut had been deleted in the process. I have spent lots of time trying to restore it to no avail, I have tried to roll back but it won't for some reason, there seems to be no launcher.exe anywhere on my system, and when I tried to reinstall Minecraft the installer keeps crashing no matter what I do. I have restarted my system multiple times, it just seems like there is no possible way to get it back.
