Minecraft Skin Messed up

Me and my buddies are playing the Minecraft 1.8 prerelease, but my skin seems to be really weird. It is just a random farmer-looking girl skin with 3-wide arms. Can anyone help me, on my side it looks like my new skin but, on their side it looks like this weird girl.

If it does look like this, it is the new alternative to Steve added in 1.8 snapshots.
Don't worry, it's like your Steve but a girl. Trust me. The secondary default skin is names Alex. Steve is still in the game though.
