Minecraft 1.8 Skin Problem [Help]

Ok so to get ready for christmas i made a santa costume for my current skin and when i applied it and went in-game the sleeves and leggings were invisible but the hat and jacket were fine. The thing is, i used the same exact program a couple months ago to make a halloween costume for my skin and that worked great but for some reason this costume doesn't wanna cooperate with me. Anyone got an idea?
