Minecraft skins won't load

Hello, recently, once opening a single player world in Minecraft, my skin did not load. I was just a Steve. Then I went to a server, and my skin neither everyone else's was showing up. It also doesn't show up in realms. However, when I play with friends on servers and realms, they can see everybody's skin, including mine, just fine. So,, I was the only one with this problem. I have already tried troubleshooting, nothing fixed it. I have no antivirus or any software that can prevent me from seeing skins in Minecraft. I play on the latest release (1.15) and it doesn't work along with the older releases.
  I've spent hours and hours trying to fix this issue and I can't find any solutions. Any help in fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
