My minecraft is stuck on the "Logging In" screen

Does anyone know how to fix this issue with minecraft? Im not sure how to do that. I have tryed restarting my internet router an all an its still not working. Any other way of fixing this?

There are multiple reasons for this happening:
1) The server you are connecting to is having issues
2) Mojang Session servers are down
3) You are connecting with the wrong version
