Can you elaborate what your support page mainly helps with?
Most issues can be fixed with a simple discord question in the official MC discord or a google search, and that usually leaves the really hard questions to be asked (e.g. extremely technical stuff like why the min - max height difference in 1.17 is 385 blocks or an obscure crash log/error messages, or even coding/command blocking stuff)

How about for the ones who don't have discord?
There's still google, not to mention people usually look for quick answers which are easily accomplished by both
