Hey friendly folks,
So I've been out of the Minecraft scene for some time but I recently came back and thought hell lets start a Minecraft server just like back in the days of 1.5.2 but I wasn't informed that in the year I missed bukkit had imploded?
I get myself a little Creeper host server and slap a 7.10 pack on in and some plugins just expecting it to work but it seems its a lot more fecking harder to get it all to work these days. I asked a guy at Creeper host he said I needed to install Thermos? then install the modpack followed by the plugins!
I'm not smart enough to understand the science behind this solution, is there not just a pack I can just upload and it will all work nicely? I tried using forge mods but they're messy.
If anyone could lend a hand I'd much appreciate it, also is Mojang any closer to having its own API ready?
All the best
