It's caused by a .dll. That particular .dll allows for use of OpenGL. I recommend uninstalling your graphical drivers and re-installing them. This isn't a java issue at all, you have a segmentation fault which crashes Minecraft. Java just doesn't know what to do when it can't access something. Also the message that says Exception_Access_Violation is a general and vague error which mostly deals with the inability to access something required, like RAM or memory. The issue is, in my suspicion, your Intel chipset.

Here is what I'm looking at: C [ig4icd32.dll+0x31fa6].

UPDATE: I recommend disabling UAC to find the absolute problem. If the problem still occurs after disabling UAC re-install the drivers. If it goes away, turn UAC off while playing Minecraft.

Well it has to do with java, not your minecraft.

I searched fo the error:
i found this: http://www.java.com/en/download/help/ex ... access.xml

its a problem with java on vista. they dont know the cause, and are looking into it. I suggest getting a earlier build of java 7.

I know nothing about code, but is this what you are talking about?

Hmm, core dump? That triggered my memory. These are only supposed to happen once a launch and then the game's supposed to work fine afterwards. Well, that's the way my minidumps go.
