Minecraft 1.4 Witch hut

So I have since the 1.4 update stumbled across two witch huts and have yet to find an actual whitch in or near either of them. Is this common or is it just me?

They may have despawned or something like that. I have seen people killed by witches on 1.4 servers though I have no proof if they were spawned or not.

But they did scream "WITCH HUT" before they died so... lol
