it won't let me Fullscreen?! i can Full screen but i don't have access to the toolbar and such it just takes up the whole screen(F11 mode).. i'd rather have it normal so i can access youtube and stuff lol

Hit F11 use ALT + TAB to switch to other stuff. Also try DOUBLE clicking anywhere on the top border of the window.
