Minecraft won't launch with forge? 1.7.10

Heeeeeeeeeelp, ples. My minecraft launches fine just launching 1.7.10 or 1.8, but everytime I try to launch it with forge 1.7.10 ( Without mods ) It doesn't work?!!? Please help. If it helps I am using Java 8 with windows 8.

I tried Java 7 and it doesn't work.

I FOUND THE ANSWER! UNINSTALL JAVA 8 AND INSTALL JAVA 7.

If you haven't yet Make sure your mods are compatible. If not you may need to update your java version i recommend using java jdk.

Ok, Make sure you are using java 7 and then make a backup of your mods folder and then empty it out.

when your launch your mc go into your profile and edit the settings so that the console window stays open so you can see what the crash log says. then google it you may find your answer

What would it be under? I don't see a "Crsh log" screen at all.
