Minecraft Won't Play!
Ok, so now my minecraft isn't working. I turn on the launcher and click play offline like usual. It says the mojang logo like usual, but it drags longer that usual (about 10 seconds instead of 5 or 6), then the screen goes black and never returns from black. Sometimes it will say "not responding" to add insult to injury. What should i do?

ok so i found out why it won't play. i recently downloaded a texture pack, and minecraft crashed when it i switched packs. i went back to the game and it would not start. MY GAME WORKS NOW. turned out to be a corrupt file.
Oh... don't know then.
also, i'm using the old 1.5.2 launcher, not the new 1.6.1 launcher.

Force Update, and don't play offline to make sure everything is working, then play offline.
