Ok, my Minecraft wont run. I was planning to record a video but this changed my plans. Any suggestions?

Give some more details as of what's happening. Nobody can help you unless we have a general idea of what's happening other than "my minecraft wont run".
Advice:
- Update to latest Java 7 Update 51
- Delete your .minecraft folder, and re-download the launcher
- Close all Java processes in your task manager, then relaunch minecraft.
Having a computer capable of running the game in the first place, is an obvious one.
