i’m playing modded mc 1.16.5 and when i load a world nothing renders. i can see particles and i can hear mobs and i’m able to move and interact with blocks but i can’t see anything just the mc sky

Does it work when you don't have mods on? What mods are you using?
If you are sure your hard drive isn't slow or having any issues at all, then the first thing you can do is to reload the chunks in your world. To do so, you will need to simply press the shortcut key, F3 + A on your keyboard. This will successfully reload all the chunks in your game
