Minecraft World won't save. Help please.
I am currently working on an adventure map, and I haven't gotten all that far so I know this isn't a memory issue, but my world is no longer saving. By this I mean if I make any alterations to blocks, place signs or item frames, then exit and come back in, they are gone. Like they never happened. However, my inventory is completely fine.
ex. I wrote a book, copied the book, placed one book in an item frame, then left the world. When I returned, the item frame was no longer there, but I had all the copies of the books still in my inventory. Anyone know what this is or what I can do to help it?

Huh, your Minecraft isn't updating blocks. Well, I suggest getting a new installer for Minecraft. Make sure that all of the Minecraft folders are there.
It worked for a little bit, then stopped. I'm not really sure what's going on but I think it has something to do with signs. I can break blocks and they stay as they are when I log out and log back in, but as soon as I use a sign everything breaks again.
Thanks, I'll give it a try.
First try this,http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Tutorials/Recover_corrupted_saved_world_data this helped my friend who had the exact same problem.
Well, I suggest that you reinstall mine craft and make sure when you delete it that all files are gone. But, first make sure all your mine craft files are good and you didn't delete any critical ones.
