Minema mod help

Hi, I got minema mod and when I start recording it lags because I don't have a video encoder. Can anyone send me link to get a free encoder that allows minema to run smoothly? Thanks.

camtasia is ok but it is expensive, but it can upload straight to youtube if you want it to.
