Missing menu and builder
Help, I can't seem to figure out what I did, or if it is a bad setting somewhere that I can't find. I seem to be missing the menu to change the time to day, and the weather off. Also, I am missing my builder to add armour and see my skins. The menu I'm referring to is when you hit E.

I always used to have the options at the top of my game to turn on/off weather, make it dark or daytime. and my builder used to be shown where you could fit him with armor or see the skin he had. Not sure what happened that I lost it. Not sure if it was because of an update. I always ran 1.12.2, and recently updated to 1.14.3; not sure if this was the reason.

Commands are used to adjust daylight and weather settings. There is no "menu" for either and you cannot turn weather off permanently, that is hard coded into the game file.
To make it daytime: /time set day
For clear weather: /weather clear
To make it daytime: /time set day
For clear weather: /weather clear
There is no menu to change the time or weather. And what exactly are you talking about with the Inventory? Can you open that or not?
