Mob spawners not spawining hostile mobs.
This is in a multiplayer server that I am Senior admin of, hostile mobs don't spawn from the spawners but neutral mobs, excluding Endermen and Zombie pigmen don't. I would really like some help for this problem.

The problem is solved. ^_^
Does the server use a multiworld plugin? One of those caused mobs not to spawn on an old server of mine (They can conflict with other plugins and prevent mob spawning)
