Mob-Zones

I'm making a server which will be MMORPG based and what i've been looking around for a plugin which would let me make 'Zones' where certain mobs would spawn and others wouldn't... It also needs to let me configure the mob strengths or be compatible with one which does that... Is there anything like this?
