Mobs Spawn in daylight PLEASE HELP

Okay,

I go into my modded survival world and mobs are spawning in the daylight. It's the dangerous mobs that spawn like creepers and skeletons and everything else. It's in an open area, not in a dark forest or anything like that. I have no idea why they are spawning like this. Here is the list of mods that I have installed.
