Mobs Won't Spawn In Grinder

Hello! I am currently playing SkyFactory 2, and have made a mob grinder. I have the difficulty on normal, and the mobspawning gamerule on true, but they will not spawn in my grinder. Here it is: http://imgur.com/50sk5y7
