Hello I wanted to use some mods but some of them nees things like: "bookshelf 9" or other Things I dont remember now. Can someone help Me please?

Where did you download the mod? Try going back to that site and reading the mod's description (if there's one) and see if it says something about that or a link to the other mod that you need

It sounds like the mod needs other mods to work, if the mods you are trying to use are in this list: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/bookshelf/relations/dependents then they require a mod called bookshelf to work.
