Mod not uploading

I don't know if I messed it up, but over a week ago I tried uploading a small mod to this website, and it has been "In Greenlight Review" ever since. Is that normal or is something wrong?

It's normal.
If your account is below level 2, you cannot upload mods or resource packs straight to a live submission. Your post is instead queued into our Greenlight process where our moderators review it to make sure it follows our guidelines before other users can see it. This can take anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks. If you don't want to wait, you can upload other content to accrue exo until you hit level 2, at which point you will be able to submit mods or resource packs without us having to give them the green light.

it takes a while, the mods need to make sure its safe and all that good stuff
