Mod Texture Patches (Sphax)

Hey guys, sorry I've been away for a while, will start uploading again soon!
I recently started wanting to create a server for me and a couple friends with a few mods. I usually use Sphax for playing minigames or server but John Smith for building.
I think that Sphax is a pretty cool texture pack, and would love to know how to use the mod patches they have. I would like to add Sphax textures to Tinkers Construct, Biomes O' Plenty, and Archimedes ships.
I do know how to do it, but I think I am doing it the long, and the hard way, and would like to know if there is a simpler version of patching mods with different textures.
If you know any easy methods, please leave a comment!
