Modded server help.

My server is always crashing. This is the download https://copy.com/Nt7MrC1aTdz30Vxd . All I did was take the mods from that and put it in a server mods folder. This version is 1.6.4. Please make a server that works and send me a link. Email get2jacob12@gmail.com
