Modded Server Request
Me and my friends have made a private collection of mods to play on. But we're missing one thing: a server. We would love if someone would set up a server for us to play on. Here are the things we would like in the server:
1. Mods: These are the mods and what catagory they go in. I don't know which need to be in the server or not, so I'm just listing all of them. Here is the list:
2. Whitelisted: Please whitelist the server to these people: SWATAssasin64, Bigman8u, HunterRollinger, and yourself. We are letting the maker of the server on it because there would be no benefit for you for making a server you couldn't play on.
3.Uptime: The server doesn't have to be up 24/7, but we would like it to be up for a decent amount of time. It would be easier if you live in the EST Time zone in the US, but it doesn't really matter too too much unless you live in a place far away like Australia or something.
4. Settings: Leave the settings for the server to default or change the type of world gen to Biomes O' Plenty. Thats the only thing that needs to be changed.

Best option is join a small FTB server, skype your friends and play!
Sure it might be on FTB (dont know much about FTB), but the keyword on the post is FREE. I dont know of any free hosts that allow FTB!
There is a way to add mods to a server. Feed the Beast has made its own modded servers so there is a way.
Well mods are only seen on your screen. That means it can only be played in survival mode, since these mods are installed on your computer and not the server. The only way you can play with your friends, is by making sure all of you have the same mods, and then playing single player and host by lan.
How would you make a modded server? And also thx for the help
I cant really host you a server, but I know a site that can host for 4 ppl! Also those mods you listed wont works, since they are MODS not PLUGINS. Servers need plugins not mods.
