Modded server setup service exists?

Hi all miners

I just want to hear you out on this one thing..
Does a server hosting/setup service exist who can install a custom list of mods?
That means no modpack, but a list of 5-10 mods on a multiplayer server for 3 people.

I really appreciate any nice replies/advice, and I am sorry if the question is just too newbish.
