The above post is likely correct. But also, try removing optifine and then launching it. It's not the most modpack friendly mod.

I would guess that this is to do with a texture problem or other similar thing, but a common issue is that some mods are incompatible with each other. Mantle might be the problem, I have had many problems with it in the past, and there is an error next to the Mod name on line 129 of your error report. And line 144 is suspicious - did you mess around with the JVM arguments is the launcher while trying to add more memory to Minecraft? That could be the problem.
I've Never seen this crash before..
