Modpack Stops Loading Chunks After 10 Minutes

So I have built a 1.16.5 modpack, and apparently this is an issue experienced by many people using version 1.16.5, but no one recieved help to this dilemma.

I run the modpack on CurseForge and everything loads smoothly without lag spikes or error up until 10 minutes, then the mobs freeze in place, chests can be clicked on but will not open, commands will not register in chat box, and trying to close out of the launcher will result in the process freezing into place entirely, forcing me to Cntrl-Alt-Del force close the program.

I give the modpack 8-10GB of ram, and have a brand new MSI laptop with amazing specs, so I know that's not the issue.
