What? i have about 10 mods on my Mac, and everything works perfectly! Even if something isn't for Mac, you can get programs that will make it work just fine. And are you asking about mods that will WORK on Mac? Because all mods just need Forge or for a few, different programs (like RadixCore) to work.

A mac is a pc.

A mac is not a pc. It has a different OS.

Go to a mod website like the mods section of Planet Minecraft, click download, and you'll need forge too, then go to the minecraft launcher, edit profile, Open Game DIR, put both in your mods folder, go back to edit profile, go to game version and click forge. Then save and play!

Erm, maybe describe what your problem is? Can you not download it? Is it not working? Don't know how to install it?
