Mods not working on the server

hey guys thanks 2 everyone that helped me get my server back up but now i have another problem it seems now that i have the new ip when i op myself i cant use my mods on the old ip i would op myself and then be able 2 use my mods but now i cant so if anyone can help me out there that would be nice thanks!
