Mojang account not working

I was logging into minecraft when i saw that it said i had wrong username or password, so i went to mojang to change my password and when i changed it i tried logging back in and it still didnt work. im 90% sure im using the correct e-mail but its still not going through and i have tried changing my password 3 times. I dont know if i was hacked or something or its an error im doing. please help

You might have misspelled your email or password too many times, thus mojang blocked your ip from logging into an account for about an hour.
